Before you upload
Clear files make care easier.
Use a descriptive file name that includes your dog’s name and what the document contains—for example, Scout-vaccination-record-2026.pdf.

Sign into Google with the email approved for your client account.
Select Client Uploads
Open the clearly labelled upload folder within your private space.
Add the file
Upload the document and let 4U Farms know if it is time-sensitive.

Quick fixes
Common access questions.
Confirm that Google is signed into the exact email address that received your 4U Farms folder invitation. Then open Shared with me and look for a folder beginning with your client or dog name.
You are likely signed into a different Google account. Switch accounts and retry the original invitation. If the approved email is correct, contact 4U Farms to have access checked.
Make sure you are inside the Client Uploads folder and that the upload has finished before closing the page. If the upload button is unavailable, ask 4U Farms to confirm your folder permission.
Open Member account below, choose the password recovery option in the Squarespace login window, and follow the email instructions.
